To order products online using a credit card, first place the desired products into your www.ddumas.com online shopping cart. This is done using the gray button labeled "add to shopping cart" found on all product description pages. You can view or update the contents of your shopping cart at any time. Placing items in your cart does not obligate you to make a purchase. Use it as a convenient way to keep track of the items which interest you.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, display your shopping cart and click the "Check out" button. You'll be shown a final list of selected products and asked to enter your shipping address and contact information. A complete statement of charges, including shipping fees and any extra charges such as sales tax, will appear.

Once you review the statement of charges you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information. An order acknowledgement email shall be sent along with UPS tracking number once the product is shipped.

When ordering by phone, you can pay by credit card or send a check after our customer service representative calculates your total order

Your may submit your order by fax at (574) 968-7069. Please be sure to include your shipping address, phone number, email address and payment details. When placing order, provide credit card number, the card security code, expiration date, name on the card and the billing address where your card's monthly statements are received. For products, include the product name and quantity. We'll confirm your order by fax or email once we've received it.
